Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which The Clarity Wallet (“we”, “us”, or “our”) offers refunds, reschedules, and cancellations for coaching sessions, speaking engagements, digital products, and subscription services. By purchasing any service or product, you agree to this policy.
1. Coaching Sessions
All coaching sessions must be paid for in advance to confirm your booking. Your time is reserved exclusively, and preparation is tailored to your needs.
Refund & Rescheduling Terms:

7+ calendar days | 50% refund or one free reschedule |
Less than 7 days | No refund; reschedule not guaranteed |
No-show / missed session | No refund; session is forfeited |
- Requests to cancel or reschedule must be made in writing via email.
- A “no-show” is defined as missing the session with no communication by the start time.
2. Speaking Engagements
This applies to bookings where The Clarity Wallet is contracted to deliver workshops, keynotes, training, or other speaking services.
a. Booking & Payment Terms:
- A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure the speaking date.
- The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 7 days before the event.
b. Client Cancellations:

- Postponement requests will be considered case-by-case and may incur an additional fee.
c. Our Cancellations:
If we are unable to fulfil the speaking engagement due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. illness or emergency), we will:
- Offer a full refund, or
- Work with the client to reschedule at no additional cost
d. Force Majeure:
We are not liable for cancellations or delays caused by events beyond our control (e.g. natural disasters, venue issues, strikes, public health emergencies). In such cases, both parties will work in good faith to reschedule or find a fair solution.
3. Digital Products, Tools & Upgrades
This includes downloadable content (e.g. Clarity Wallet reports, templates), premium quiz upgrades, and other one-time digital resources.
- Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once access has been delivered.
- No refunds will be provided unless there is a verified technical issue on our side preventing delivery.
4. Subscription Services & App Features
This applies to ongoing Clarity Wallet app features or memberships.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time.
- Access remains available until the end of your billing cycle.
- We do not offer pro-rata refunds for unused time.
5. How to Request a Refund or Reschedule
All refund or reschedule requests must be submitted to:

- Include your name, email used for booking, date of purchase, and reason for the request.
We aim to respond to refund enquiries within 3–5 working days.
6. Exceptions & Discretion
In rare cases (e.g. verified emergencies), we may offer rescheduling at our discretion even if the notice period is not met. Our decision in such cases is final.
7. Legal Rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law. This policy is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
