The Clarity Wallet is operated by Damola Oguntayo, a sole trader based in the United Kingdom.

The Service is intended for users aged 18 and over. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
3. Our Services
The Clarity Wallet provides financial education, digital tools, diagnostic quizzes, app-based features, AI-powered insights, and optional 1:1 coaching. These are for informational and educational purposes only and do not constitute regulated financial advice.
4. No Financial Advice
All content is provided “as is” and is intended to support better financial understanding. We do not provide personalised investment, tax, or financial advice. Users should consult a qualified professional before making financial decisions.
5. User Accounts and Security
You may need to register for an account to access certain features. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
- All activity under your account
- Notifying us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or any applicable laws.
6. Payments
Some features are offered as paid services (e.g. premium plans, coaching, app features). Payments are processed securely through Stripe and PayPal. All prices are listed in GBP £ unless otherwise stated.
We do not store your full payment card details. Refunds may be granted at our discretion and according to applicable laws.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for unlawful or fraudulent purposes
- Distribute viruses, malware, or harmful code
- Copy, reproduce, or commercially exploit any content without permission
- Interfere with or attempt to disrupt the Service
